I love making these popsicles for the kids, they are super simple and are an excellent sweet treat. They are also packed full of healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates, making them a perfectly balanced snack.

Makes 10 small icy poles
WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 x banana (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup frozen berries of choice
½ cup coconut water
1 tbsp Norish Smoothie Booster
1 tbsp honey (optional - omit if offering to a baby under 12 months)
¼ cup Clover Ferments Beet Kvass (use discount code NURTURED10)
HOW TO MAKE
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Distribute the mixture evenly among popsicle molds, then place in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
