Hemp Seeds – A complete protein containing all 9 essential amino acids. These tiny seeds are also packed with healthy fats and fibre, making them a great addition to baby’s diet.
Avocado – A fantastic source of healthy fats, perfect for both spoon-feeding and baby-led weaning (BLW). Try rolling avocado slices in hemp seeds to make them easier to grip while adding extra nutrition!
Sauerkraut – A naturally fermented food rich in probiotics, which help develop a strong gut and immune system from an early age.
